Winless Toyota Chief Calls It Quits
The Chief of the Toyota F1 team is set to retire mid-season (June this year). Their Vice Chairman is set to take over the reins. Remember that the outgoing Chief is the same who issued a public apology last year over Toyota's dismal performance.

And Toyota's perfomace has not gotten much better since that apology. Too much competition in F1 to be able to sit back and do the same prep from one race to another and one track to another.
Toyota isn't doing that well even with drivers like Button , their cars aren't that much reliable now , they have too many defects .
They haven't being more hurt by loosing then by having mechanical failures .
Toyota isn't at all doing well this season , just as Jessica said button is on their teams but they haven't been able to sue him to the best of his potentials,
