Well this shows the poor placing of the course , near houses and not doing enough effort to stop the stray balls to go , but you just cant prevent every ball to land in the course only cause no body can predict where it will land next .

People just see opportunity to sue everywhere , they just want to make a quick bucks , but its also sad that the course didn't care about the well being of their neighborers .
